A nature study of one of our native red flowering gums. These gums pop up all over the neighbourhood around Christmas time, and feel like our answer to the traditional Christmas poinsettia. They are beautifully vivid in their colour, both of the flowers and the buds, something i have endeavoured to show in this work.
