Floral Collage 1

$700.00
Sold

Sold through ‘Her Name was Nola’.

Framed in Tasmanian oak float frame.

Acrylic paint on cradled birchwood panel, ready to hang. Signed on front.

45cm high x 35cm wide.

Part of a collaboration with ‘Her Name was Nola’ for the March mini exhibition, featuring my artworks with a distinctly HNWN flavour. Sarah from HNWN provided the inspiration images which I interpreted as the basis of each of these works. Each work is a collage of a realism element, paired with two patterns inspired by the décor, products, or overall feeling of Sarah’s distinct aesthetic. I wanted to create pieces that felt like a little slice of Sarah’s signature style, and the beautiful business she has created around it. It’s a sprinkle of vintage, a slice of retro, a handful of country, a lavish helping of pattern, a taste of nostalgia, and an overwhelming feeling of home.
